1. Operator and acceptance
MXG Core AgentOS is operated by Innovative AI Solutions. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

2. The service
MXG Core AgentOS provides company-isolated AI workspaces and tools for tasks such as content planning, drafting, review, approvals, scheduling and publication to selected third-party platforms. Features may change as the service develops.
AI-generated suggestions are drafts, not guaranteed facts or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing content, claims, rights and platform suitability before approval or publication.
3. Accounts and authorised use
- Provide accurate account and integration information and keep authentication methods secure.
- Use only accounts, workspaces, content and social channels that you are authorised to access.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security measures.
4. Social media integrations
When you connect TikTok or another platform, you authorise the service to use the permissions you grant for the actions you request. AgentOS is designed to require safety checks and human approval before external publication, but you remain responsible for the final content and instruction.
Your use of a connected platform is also subject to that platform's terms, policies, technical limits and approval requirements. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or other connected platforms. A platform may restrict, reject, delay, remove or change access to content or APIs independently of us.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break the law, infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights, or violate a connected platform's rules;
- publish deceptive, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, malicious or unsolicited content;
- access another organisation's workspace, credentials or data without permission;
- circumvent approval gates, security controls, rate limits or platform safeguards;
- upload malware, probe the service for exploitation, or interfere with its operation;
- misrepresent the service as being operated, sponsored or endorsed by TikTok or another third party.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Innovative AI Solutions a limited right to host, process, adapt and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and carry out your instructions.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted and published content, including media, trademarks, personal data and music where applicable.
7. Service ownership
Innovative AI Solutions and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, design and documentation, excluding your content and third-party materials. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or permission to copy, resell or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly allows this.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a secure and reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, third-party outages and API changes may temporarily affect features. We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary and will seek to give notice of material changes where practical.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and ask an authorised owner to remove connected credentials. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful conduct, material breach, non-payment where applicable, or a platform requirement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
10. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed. Innovative AI Solutions is not responsible for user-approved content, third-party platform decisions, or indirect losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled, including data associated with social media integrations.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply in your country. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, the competent Dutch courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.
